How We Work
Weaving
Threads… unite! The “joining together of threads to form fabric,” is actually called “weaving,”. This is where two sets of yarn, are woven or looped together on a loom; where the yarn actually starts taking its shape.
Dyeing and Rolling fabric
- Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. The cleaned fabric is finally dyed with the desired color and then accordingly rolled and stored in the warehouses.
Processing
Even though woven threads fresh off the loom look a lot like fabric, they also have some weird discolorations, impurities and debris which needs to be cleaned. Here fabrics is treated with chemicals to remove oils and wax which occurs naturally in most fibers.
